Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation or professional services role, with a focus on AEC, BIM, or construction technology.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including hiring, training, and developing talent.
- Proven ability to build, implement, and optimize repeatable processes and methodologies for project delivery.
- Deep understanding of technical challenges migrating from legacy systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and manual workflows.
- Experience establishing and using data-driven metrics to manage team performance and drive operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated track record of diagnosing and solving complex operational and technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation execution and oversee daily operations of the implementation team.
- Ensure customer transition projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality.
- Design, implement, and enforce a standardized implementation methodology.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage architects and design professionals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for technical issues.
- Collaborate with VP of Adoption and Product team.
