4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS (healthtech experience is a bonus). Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions (e.g. Customer Support, GTM, Finance, Operations & HR). Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business leaders and influence through data and insight. Deep experience with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, market mapping, etc.). Strong understanding of talent markets in the Philippines.
