Requirements:
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS (healthtech experience is a bonus). Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions (e.g. Customer Support, GTM, Finance, Operations & HR). Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business leaders and influence through data and insight. Deep experience with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, market mapping, etc.). Strong understanding of talent markets in the Philippines. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. A growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scaling environment. Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
Responsibilities:
Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and design effective hiring strategies. Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. Champion candidate experience. Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions, optimize pipelines, and influence workforce planning. Develop talent pools and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates. Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Operations, and Brand teams.
