Provide responsive technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and networking issues. Configure, deploy, and manage corporate desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Administer and maintain core IT systems including Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise collaboration tools. Manage device lifecycle tasks such as imaging, patching, updates, asset tracking, and security compliance. Support remote employees with VPN, hardware, and connectivity troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to maintain and optimize endpoint security tools and IT processes. Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge bases. Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities. Participate in scheduled on-call rotation. Assist in annual security and compliance initiatives.
