2+ years of professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS and Office 365 applications. Experience with Active Directory user and group administration. Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop imaging and deployment tools. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service orientation. Self-starter with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a simple and clear manner. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic technical environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Provide responsive technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and networking issues. Configure, deploy, and manage corporate desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Administer and maintain core IT systems including Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise collaboration tools. Manage device lifecycle tasks such as imaging, patching, updates, asset tracking, and security compliance. Support remote employees with VPN, hardware, and connectivity troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to maintain and optimize endpoint security tools and IT processes. Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge bases. Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities. Participate in scheduled on-call rotation. Assist in annual security and compliance initiatives.
