- Partner closely with CEOs and HR leaders to understand cultures and write effective job descriptions and scorecards.
- Own the full candidate experience, delivering a high NPS and red-carpet service.
- Build a pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for Tax, Audit, and accounting roles.
- Execute outbound outreach methods through email, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Evaluate talent via screening interviews.
- Manage ATS data, run progress reports, and monitor pipeline analytics.
- Present, negotiate, and execute offer letters.
- Cultivate relationships with high-performing talent and network with other recruiters.
- Administer candidate experience surveys.
- Develop university and institutional partnerships for talent acquisition.
