Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance, Employee Relations, or immigration programs.
  • Proficiency with I-9/E-Verify, multi-state employment law, and federal reporting (EEO-1, ACA).
  • Experience managing third-party HR vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS software (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
  • Experience in PE-backed, multi-entity, or professional services environments.
  • Strong judgment in employee relations and ability to manage complex, multi-state workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute HR lifecycle processes like onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
  • Maintain HR policies, resolve Tier 1/Tier 2 employee relations inquiries, and build SOPs.
  • Manage end-to-end I-9/E-Verify compliance and required government filings (EEO-1, etc.).
  • Oversee immigration program and vendor relationships, prioritizing cases and managing compliance.
  • Govern ER/leave partnerships and manage investigation findings.
  • Administer Greenhouse ATS, ensure recruiting compliance, and manage pay transparency practices.
  • Oversee employment verification, UI claims, and EOR relationships.
  • Implement AI tools and automation to optimize HR service delivery and reduce manual work.
