Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial operations.
- 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing AP, AR, or Revenue Operations.
- Expertise in transactional finance functions including billing and collections.
- Understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of AP, AR, and Revenue processes.
- Drive efficiency in invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
- Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations using ERP tools and automation.
- Manage and optimize financial systems for reporting and cash flow.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of financial operations professionals.
- Serve as liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Optimize cash flow by improving collections and managing vendor payments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
