Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience working with executive leadership on compensation strategy.
  • Strong business, financial, and HR acumen.
  • Deep analytical ability and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with HR applications, preferably Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive global compensation planning cycles end-to-end.
  • Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job leveling activities.
  • Prepare executive compensation materials for the Board and Compensation Committee.
  • Provide support for executive compensation proxy disclosures.
  • Oversee sales compensation governance and design.
  • Integrate AI-enabled analytics for compensation forecasting and pay equity monitoring.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement AI-driven compensation tools.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within HR systems like Workday.
