Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- 10+ years of progressive experience working with executive leadership on compensation strategy.
- Strong business, financial, and HR acumen.
- Deep analytical ability and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HR applications, preferably Workday.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and drive global compensation planning cycles end-to-end.
- Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job leveling activities.
- Prepare executive compensation materials for the Board and Compensation Committee.
- Provide support for executive compensation proxy disclosures.
- Oversee sales compensation governance and design.
- Integrate AI-enabled analytics for compensation forecasting and pay equity monitoring.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement AI-driven compensation tools.
- Drive process improvements and automation within HR systems like Workday.
