Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or operations.
- FINRA-licensed Series 99 Operations Professional.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, payments, escrow, or transaction operations.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
- Demonstrated expertise in payment operations, reconciliations, and exception management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience partnering with bank operations and customer service teams.
- Working knowledge of foreign exchange processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with sophisticated CRM/ERP systems like NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Owns daily execution and oversight of shareholder and closing-day payment operations.
- Leads and develops the Payments leadership team.
- Establishes, implements, and monitors operational controls for record review, validation, and documentation retention.
- Oversees exception management and escalations with bank partners.
- Ensures payment file quality and data integrity.
- Supports Foreign Exchange (FX) execution and operational readiness.
- Owns reconciliation governance and ensures auditability.
- Partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintains standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Delivers statistical reporting on payment performance to senior leadership.
