Own day-to-day sales operations including process updates, documentation, deal desk support, and commission tracking Analyze pipeline health, customer segments, and performance trends to deliver actionable insights that drive GTM strategy Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success, coordinating initiatives and ensuring alignment Lead sales enablement as a program, partnering with internal teams to improve onboarding, training, and content delivery Design and improve sales workflows and reporting in HubSpot and BI tools to increase accuracy and efficiency Partner closely with sales leadership to translate business needs into operational solutions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
