Drive CRM and GTM systems infrastructure, ensuring adoption, data quality, and pipeline accuracy. Automate lead routing, enrichment, and onboarding workflows. Lead day-to-day optimization of institutional GTM workflows. Manage sales reporting, analytics, and planning execution to deliver actionable insights. Support sales enablement and pipeline operations. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment. Supervise and mentor a team of analysts.
