  • Guide clients through the E-Rate program, including funding applications, eligible services, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet E-Rate guidelines.
  • Stay updated on E-Rate program changes and communicate updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products and services, including networking, cloud solutions, hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Customize sales presentations and proposals to address the unique needs of educational institutions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the education sector.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and emerging trends.
