1-3 years of B2B SaaS experience (SDR, BDR, or sales-focused role) Hunter mentality, love prospecting, experimenting, and finding new ways to connect Comfortable with outbound (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Data-driven and use tools to track, measure, and improve performance Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment Can work EST hours and collaborate across time zones Experience selling to marketing or growth teams (MarTech/AI tools) is a bonus Prior exposure to PLG environments or working with inbound + outbound funnels is a bonus Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo is a bonus Strong curiosity about AI, SEO, and the future of search is a bonus
