Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, commercial real estate, or similar analytical roles. Financial fluency: building financial models, communicating return metrics. Strong communication skills with executive presence. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action. Willingness to travel as needed (~1-2x / quarter). Helpful experience with commercial real estate or distributed solar & storage project transactions.
Responsibilities:
Lead analytical conversations about project returns and risks. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in commercial real estate. Advance complex deals by owning milestones, next steps, and communication. Translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategy. Refine sales systems and materials (CRM, pipeline analytics, deal modeling). Represent Lumen externally at conferences and presentations. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives (market segmentation, pricing, partnerships).
