- Led projects involving mapping complex systems, data gathering and analysis, recommendations, and solution design/implementation.

Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing to understand acquisition channel ROI and identify new channels.
- Develop framework for matching clients to law firms.
- Interview law firms to prioritize product features.
- Partner with Design and Product to craft product roadmaps and wireframes.
