Minimum of 5+ years of progressive account management or sales experience within the FinTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding revenue targets. Experience with B2B2C business models and platform management is highly desirable. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot). Experience with data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
