Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive account management or sales experience within the FinTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding revenue targets. Experience with B2B2C business models and platform management is highly desirable. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless delivery of solutions by collaborating with internal teams. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Handle escalated client issues and complaints. Monitor team and account performance against key metrics. Stay updated on industry trends. Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions.
