Requirements:
6–8+ years of CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in DTC, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Proven success driving retention and revenue through email/SMS programs. Deep familiarity with ESPs (Klaviyo) and SMS platforms (Postscript) and loyalty platforms. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Experience with (or strong curiosity about) CDPs such as Segment, mParticle, or Amperity. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Own CRM strategy and calendar for email and SMS marketing. Develop and optimize customer journeys. Define segmentation strategy for personalized communications. Track, measure, and evaluate email and SMS marketing program results. Serve as business lead for CRM tech stack (ESP, SMS, loyalty). Partner to evaluate, select, and onboard a Customer Data Platform (CDP). Own relationship with digital creative and copy teams for email content. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop stories that drive purchases.
