Own strategic CRM programs like Lifecycle and Transactionals Build new innovative Lifecycle strategies and evolve current ones Implement strong content strategy with Stylists at the forefront Implement new channels and initiatives Create and share high-level reporting for leadership Optimize planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, and reactivation Leverage analytics to inform strategy and identify opportunities Build and strengthen cross-organizational relationships
