Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager (mobile app experience required) Demonstrated experience building or improving loyalty, rewards, membership, or gamification systems is required. Experience within a B2C consumer-facing product or mobile app environment is a plus. Strong organizational and delivery skills. Clear, structured communicator who works well with cross-functional teams. Comfort using analytics and user feedback to prioritize and validate decisions. Curiosity about emerging tech, including AI, and how it can enhance engagement.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end development of Trashie’s loyalty and rewards features across mobile and web. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, research findings, and product data to inform improvements and new feature ideas. Design and iterate on points, tiers, and redemption flows that drive engagement and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally to create reward campaigns and engagement initiatives. Translate product strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities. Partner with design to ensure the rewards experience is simple, intuitive, and delightful. Stay curious about new trends in gamification, loyalty, and consumer engagement. Stay engaged with emerging AI tools and trends.
