Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize compensation strategy. Provide analytics and reporting for leadership decisions on pay equity, calibration, and trends. Advise on compensation philosophy, ensuring compliance and market alignment. Partner with People team to align compensation with benefits and total rewards.
