Lead design and management of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Own compensation committee deliverables and present insights to senior leadership. Design and maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation bands. Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity refresh). Provide compensation philosophy and pay decision support to executives and managers. Oversee design and rollout of people programs (performance management, engagement, onboarding, compliance). Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D for process alignment. Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting. Monitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards. Ensure multi-geography compliance of policies, processes, and systems.
