Sales Solutions Engineer (French Speaker)

At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs Creativity and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs and guide them to a technical solution Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures Experience writing code in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP) or Web (JS, React) Experience with designing and consuming REST APIs Fluent French speaker

Work alongside Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Partners in the pre-sales process. Build business partnerships with Account Executives focusing on discovery and communicating business value. Participate in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, design documentation, and enablement sessions. Develop subject matter expertise on customer needs and Twilio's technology. Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand needs and articulate solutions. Build and present presentations and product demos. Understand customer business and solve identified problems and uncover opportunities. Build trusted advisor relationships and present creative solutions and architectures. Contribute to the Solutions Engineer community by sharing knowledge and building demo assets.
