6+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products OR 5+ years professional experience supporting technical products coupled with customer facing experience Excellent communicator and presenter Engaging storyteller able to communicate complex topics Ability to build deep understanding of customer communication needs Previous software development experience or working knowledge in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP), Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks), or REST APIs Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience Fluent Hebrew speaker Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desired Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security is a plus
