Prior experience in pre or post-sales customer success or solutions engineering. Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. Experience with DevOps tools. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code. Experience with CI/CD integrations. Experience of FinOps is beneficial. Experience working in a startup is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and technical environments. Know the product's features and documentation. Lead the 3-week PoC process. Manage enterprise customer onboarding. Conduct account reviews and support renewals/expansions. Handle support emails and chats. Collaborate with sales and engineering.
