10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role. Deep cloud expertise, with knowledge of setting up and deploying common environments. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of Active Directory. Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS. Experience configuring & troubleshooting cloud and hybrid networking technologies. Passion for collaborating with customers to understand their use case. Skilled at getting to the core of a customer problem and developing solutions. Strong communication skills with ability to make complex concepts easily understood. Comfort with the fast-paced, ambiguous nature of an early stage company. US resident.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers through all stages of their lifecycle. Improve customer experience through expertise on technical topics during onboarding and reviews. Cultivate deep understanding of customer environments and resilience goals. Become an Arpio product expert and advise on deployment. Leverage product knowledge and expertise in cloud engineering, networking, and resilience. Serve as the technical voice of the customer in the product engineering lifecycle. Capture customer feature requests and collaborate on scope and priority. Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations. Contribute to knowledge-sharing through documentation and Q&A.
