- Own the annual events calendar and budget across all event types
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and AV partners
- Collaborate with Sales and Demand Gen on pipeline goals for each event
- Manage logistics end-to-end: registration, travel, swag, and on-site operations
- Track post-event ROI, attendance metrics, and pipeline influenced
- Partner with Marketing on speaker prep, session topics, and follow-up
- Lead event debriefs and continuously improve the event playbook
