  • Identify leads from CRM, content downloads, event attendees, and cold prospecting matching the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Conduct lead outreach via cold calling and other channels to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads to determine fit and readiness before coordinating the handoff.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and refine BDR messaging and prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and utilize sales tools to optimize workflow.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
  • Assist with content creation and organizing events.
