- Identify leads from CRM, content downloads, event attendees, and cold prospecting matching the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Conduct lead outreach via cold calling and other channels to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Qualify leads to determine fit and readiness before coordinating the handoff.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine BDR messaging and prospecting strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and utilize sales tools to optimize workflow.
