Requirements:
3+ years of analytics or marketing technology experience in an agency, ad-tech, or client environment. Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) and tag management systems (GTM, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Launch). Working knowledge of server-side tracking, data privacy tools, and CDP architecture. Experience with MMPs and mobile tracking (with or without SDK/MMP integrations). Understanding of web development (HTML, JavaScript) and data structures used for tracking. Awareness of the digital marketing landscape. Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and execute technical projects while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Excellent communication skills. A proactive, curious mindset and passion for learning new tools, APIs, and data systems.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing scalable, privacy-compliant tracking and measurement solutions. Building and maintaining data collection frameworks in Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Segment, Tealium, and similar platforms. Configuring and integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs). Implementing and optimizing server-side tagging. Developing scripts and utilities for custom tracking needs. Collaborating with data engineers to align event schemas. Auditing analytics and tracking implementations. Leading quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, and debugging. Building automated QA workflows or monitoring systems. Translating marketing strategies and KPIs into actionable technical tracking requirements. Partnering with digital marketing, data science, and media teams. Presenting technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Reviewing team deliverables, mentoring teammates, and driving quality assurance. Documenting and standardizing implementation processes. Staying current on privacy regulations, analytics innovations, and emerging MarTech trends.
