Requirements:
Native French level required with excellent command of English. Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT. Background in projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent presentation skills. Experience building and improving internal processes. Team player capable of interacting across departments and levels. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and introduce products/support processes. Coordinate complex projects with various stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support on engagement plans. Manage customer portfolios, identify growth and renewal risks. Run customer and business review processes to drive resolutions. Act as a customer advocate and influence product roadmaps. Support customers through reactive ticket requests. Create targeted customer campaigns.
