Requirements:
Native French level required with excellent command of English. Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong background in IT. Exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent presentation skills. Experience building and improving internal processes. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes. Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers. Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support on engagement plans. Manage a portfolio of customers, identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks. Run weekly customer and business review processes, resolving blockers. Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps. Support customers through reactive ticket requests. Create targeted customer campaigns.
