Requirements:
Native French level required with excellent command of English. Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong background in IT. Exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent presentation skills. Experience building and improving internal processes. Ability to interact with all departments and levels, internally and externally. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and introduce products/support processes. Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support on engagement plans. Manage a customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks. Run weekly customer and business review processes. Serve as an internal customer advocate and influence product roadmaps. Support customers through reactive ticket requests. Create targeted customer campaigns.
