Bachelor's degree 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce. 1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles. Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting. Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges. Fluent in French and English. Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
