Assemble meeting materials and confirm attendee preparations. Capture action items from leadership discussions and follow up. Keep a list of key actions for CEO/COO assistance. Review, organize, and manage incoming emails and messages. Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of executives. Follow up on meeting action items. Facilitate clear communication between executives and department leaders. Collaborate to prepare and proofread executive presentations. Draft, proofread, and edit reports and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support ad hoc projects including research and report development. Track progress on company and executive priorities. Gather data, summarize findings, and create concise briefings. Assist with documentation and process tracking for key initiatives. Coordinate with Department Heads for updates and materials. Administer the Align leadership tracking software. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, rental cars, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries. Coordinate with Event Planning team for executive meeting logistics.
