Lead design for complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring clarity from problem framing through launch. Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership. Translate data-rich, technical systems into intuitive and scalable experiences. Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product quality and consistency. Drive design vision and strategy that balances usability, automation, and performance. Mentor and guide designers. Contribute to StackAdapt’s evolving design practices.
