Requirements:
7-9 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio. Mastery of core UX methods (workshops, user research, synthesis, user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes). Strong interaction and visual design skills. Experience leveraging and contributing to design systems. Demonstrated ability to design responsive, mobile-first experiences. Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Experience designing AI-driven products and using AI tools in design (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for a major product or feature area. Define and navigate highly ambiguous and complex problem spaces. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to design product experiences. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into design recommendations. Design new functionality and drive the definition of new frameworks. Engage technical partners in shaping business logic and implementation decisions. Mentor and provide feedback to designers across pods. Communicate design rationale effectively to influence stakeholders.
