Staff Product Designer

6+ years of experience in product design Strong portfolio demonstrating impact in design systems, workflow design, growth/adoption UX, or complex workload/product experiences Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture Systems-thinking mindset Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment Experience with AI-assisted design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-led design methodologies Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills

Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers Leverage AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality Mentor and support other designers, engineers, and PMs Measure and communicate the impact of your work Participate in and help facilitate design reviews
