Accompany customers along their journey with our software solution (onboarding, parking policy, training) Support commercial activities through sales enablement material or direct support in case of complex deals Monitoring real estate & market trends Monitor and improve customer satisfaction to ensure a smooth customer’s relation Stay up to date regarding customer’s needs and feedback regarding our product Liaise with the product team to communicate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features Constantly improving the Izix product vision
