Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or program management focused on job seekers Fluent in German and English Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format High level of technical proficiency and comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack

Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings Offer office hours availability Share regular updates with PD team Engage with learners, track interaction, and monitor job search progress Provide resume and LinkedIn profile feedback Prepare and deliver professional development workshops
