Requirements:
Fluency in German (spoken & written). Business proficiency in English. 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role. Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech/IT. Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails. Strong communication and active listening skills. Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results. Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Responsibilities:
Upsell into existing customer base through proactive outreach (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Xing). Run customer catch-up calls and provide reporting, feedback, and insights. Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects. Send personalized outreach emails to targeted accounts. Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns. Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs. Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies. Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions.
