Requirements:
Fluency in German and English. At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor. Proven record of closing net new logos and driving territory growth. Experience selling into the commercial segment (organizations with 50–1,500 employees). Background in working with or through channel partners. Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage. Ability to manage complex sales cycles. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated mindset. Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Build and manage a high-performing pipeline. Partner for impact with field sales, channel partners, and stakeholders. Be a trusted advisor, developing deep knowledge of solutions and the cybersecurity landscape. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics. Deliver results with precision by meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Communicate with clarity by providing forecasts, insights, and strategic feedback.
