Requirements:
Business Proficiency in German with excellent verbal & written communication skills. 1–2 years of prior sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SDR/BDR experience preferred). Comfortable conducting high outbound call volumes (80-100+). Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration. Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.) and CRM systems. Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated to exceed expectations. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Book meetings and demos for Account Executives with decision-makers. Research target industries, companies, and prospects in the DACH region. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
