8+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps, or Platform Engineer Previous success in managing or mentoring engineers Proven experience in high-availability, production-grade environments Experience with IaC (terraform, ansible) Experience with deployment in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) Solid expertise in public cloud infrastructures and Kubernetes Comfortable with remote-first, asynchronous work
