Engineering Manager - Platform

3+ years' experience leading teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in software engineering with a preference for a Platform/DevOps/Infrastructure engineering background Strong technical foundation in Cloud technologies (AWS) Strong technical foundation in Kubernetes Strong technical foundation in Docker Strong technical foundation in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) Experience guiding teams that build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and deployments Solid understanding of observability Solid understanding of reliability Solid understanding of operating distributed systems at scale

Lead, grow, and support the platform team Own the platform strategy and roadmap Provide technical direction for AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform Oversee cloud infrastructure and IaC practices Drive improvements to CI/CD and developer experience Champion observability and reliability Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations experts Maintain platform quality by steering tech-debt reduction, documentation, and alignment with security and compliance expectations
