Hunt new business in the field through outbound calls, in-person visits, and strategic territory planning in Essen and the Ruhr metropolitan area
Represent the Groupon brand throughout the Essen metropolitan region, conducting merchant appointments in person and building local market knowledge
Manage the full sales cycle: qualify merchant needs, present Groupon's value proposition, negotiate deals, and close 3 merchants per week independently
Achieve •20K-22K Gross Profit per quarter while maintaining 200 minutes of talk time per week, conducting 25-30 solid calls weekly and booking 8-10 appointments per week
Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and forecasting in Salesforce, managing 40-50 active opportunities
Collaborate with Merchant Success teams to support smooth onboarding
Operate independently in a 100% remote environment while staying connected to your manager and wingman colleagues
Leverage AI-enabled sales tools to support merchant outreach, prepare conversations, prioritize territory opportunities, and follow up efficiently
