Engineering Manager (Platform)

Strong experience in engineering leadership Track record of implementing process improvements and raising operational standards Proven experience leading platform, SRE, or DevOps teams in a hybrid public/private cloud environment Familiarity with AWS, Proxmox, Spark, HBASE, HDFS, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Kubernetes Skilled in agile delivery, incident management Ability to balance operational priorities with longer term company objectives Thought leadership for technical discussions on design, architecture, and trade-offs

Lead and manage a team of platform and operations engineers Deliver public/private cloud infrastructure, automation, and observability capabilities Coach, mentor, and develop your team Own and drive security, reliability, and scalability objectives Oversee operational excellence, including incident management and root cause analysis Refine and evolve platform processes Foster a DevOps culture Guide your team on engineering direction (IaC, CI/CD, container orchestration, cloud-native architectures) Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, and Delivery teams Contribute to the wider engineering community
