Requirements:
1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics. Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Experience working in a consultative sales role (preferred). Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo (US) or Lusha (EMEA) (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement. Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying and routing them. Partner with Senior AEs and Marketing to prioritize target accounts. Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach. Lead effective first conversations with executive decision makers. Qualify prospects to ensure fit, interest, and alignment. Maintain accurate records of activity, lead status, and opportunity progression in Salesforce. Use the tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha) to manage activity and optimize workflows. Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
