Develop, coordinate, and execute services support plan for Community Development fundraising staff. Provide key support and leverage technology for increased revenue generation. Facilitate revenue contracts, track payments, and reconcile donor data. Conduct donor prospecting and manage donor records. Provide training and support on technology tools. Act as liaison between departments for contract execution and vetting. Collaborate with Accounting on donor commitments, budgets, and receivables. Identify and incorporate best practices into operational policies. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert. Add new records, track gifts, reconcile gifts, and manage duplicate records. Create and run reports in Salesforce for revenue and pipeline information. Assist with Salesforce reports and dashboards buildout and updates. Perform donor research and mine Salesforce for revenue opportunities. Address customer issues, concerns, and needs with high sensitivity. Periodically perform tasks or coordinate support calls during non-business hours.
