Develop and manage best-in-class development operations Own the organization and upkeep of the donor database Design and implement a moves-management process Conduct deep research and maintain a pipeline of funders Design and maintain a centralized dashboard for key donor data Run regular and ad hoc reports to track fundraising performance Partner with the finance team on required reporting and compliance Provide high-touch support for donor relationship building Manage fundraising calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics Support the preparation of detailed briefings for donor meetings Capture meeting notes and follow-up actions in donor database Work cross-functionally across teams to ensure fundraising alignment
