Responsibilities:
Design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns. Create meaningful, qualified conversations with HR, Learning, and Talent leaders. Balance automation with authenticity in outreach. Master personalized, data-informed outreach. Leverage automation to focus on connecting with people and solving business challenges. Complete onboarding and training program. Learn company go-to-market strategy, products, industry, and ICP. Master core messaging and discovery framework. Shadow peers and participate in call reviews. Collaborate with Account Executive to build strategic account list and territory plan. Execute account-based outbound strategies aligned with Marketing campaigns and AE priorities. Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and personalize outreach. Apply AI-assisted workflows for research and first-pass messaging. Meet or exceed ramp goals for meetings set and activities completed. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Use Gong analytics to self-assess and improve call performance. Drive high-quality handoff to AE for measurable pipeline creation. Provide feedback to Marketing on inbound lead quality and campaign messaging. Achieve Sales Development Certification. Achieve full quota attainment for meetings set and influenced pipeline. Build trusted relationships with Account Executives. Contribute to outbound innovation by sharing insights and testing new approaches.
