Requirements:
6+ years of SaaS sales experience (or 4+ as a full-cycle closer). 2+ years leading a high-growth team in a startup environment. Proven success closing or leading AEs through complex mid-market deals (1k+ employee accounts). Deep passion for coaching and developing talent. Experience with partner-led or ecosystem-driven revenue models. Collaborative, team-first mindset. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Track record of hiring, ramping, and retaining top performers. Excellent communicator with strong executive presence. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
Responsibilities:
Hire, coach, and inspire Mid-Market AEs. Lead from the front by joining key calls and co-strategizing on deals. Serve as an expert on Ecosystem-Led Growth. Own and drive key sales metrics. Provide hands-on deal support. Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers. Partner cross-functionally with other departments. Evolve sales programs, processes, and tools. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration. Represent the Mid-Market org in forecasting and planning discussions.
