Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and iterative testing Use data and feedback to inform user-centered design decisions Translate insights and business needs into engaging and delightful, functional solutions Collaborate with and inspire mid-level and junior Product Designers Maintain high standards in visual design: typography, layout, composition, and hierarchy Deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with product strategy Build and manage a scalable design system Produce illustrations, micro-interactions, and motion design assets Conduct design QA and post-release evaluations
