Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and agentic interfaces. Collaborate deeply with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers. Shape how users interact with AI, from conversational to adaptive UIs. Craft and evolve Points and Rewards experiences. Prototype fast, including AI-powered experiments. Visualize onchain data and actions. Leverage AI design tools to accelerate ideation. Advance our design system and interaction patterns. Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs ship with precision. Run user testing and analyze behaviour. Mentor, critique, and inspire others.
