Senior Product Designer

Proven experience designing high-scale products (analytics, reporting, dashboards, data visualization). Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, problem-solving, interaction design, and visual clarity in complex domains. Ability to critically assess and apply AI for user value. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Clear and confident communication of design decisions. Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity. Experience contributing to and working with design systems. Strong UI design and prototyping skills using Figma (or similar).

Own end-to-end design of analytics and reporting experiences. Translate complex data into intuitive dashboards, reports, and workflows. Lead design thinking for analytics at scale. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research. Use research and data to validate decisions. Contribute to and evolve Paddle’s design system. Advocate for user-centered design and high design standards. Mentor and support other designers. Own and improve customer experience across a B2B platform.
